Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://vshousecleaningca.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. V's House Cleaning reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, V's House Cleaning markets and arranges Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to V's House Cleaning and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. V's House Cleaning may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://vshousecleaningca.com is provided on an "as is" basis. V's House Cleaning makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Damages. V's House Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify V's House Cleaning from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
